"A gourmet type of Italian Kitchen with extremely reasonable prices, portions are very generous as well. Tried a few dishes and each one was better than the next, Chicken Parmigiana entree included plenty of chicken, just the right amount of mozzarella and a sauce that tasted so good combined the dish altogether. The pizza excellent as well, wish these people luck and looking forward to continue eating from here."

"Checked out this new place in our neighborhood last night. The menu sounded so good we stopped in and got 4 things to go. Everything was really fresh and tasty. We got 2 paninis, the Tex Mex salad, and the Artichoke Francese pasta. The chipotle dressing with the salad was really good with a spicy kick. The Action Jaxson panini was flavorful. My Superstar panini was perfect except I could have used more pesto. Welcome to the ‘hood, guys. We’ll be back to try more dishes. By the way, parking lot in rear before Burger Kings lot."

"The food is great and the price is right. The low score is because of the ordering incident today. I placed the order on Where You Eat and received a phone call from the company office, stating the order was still listed as pending, Where You eat had tried to call the store but only received a busy dial tone. I then called Basil myself and was put on hold by the employee. After 10 minutes my call was pushed to an answering machine stating the store front was closed and only catering orders would be taken. I was given a second number to call. This second number was for a cell phone's voice mailbox which was full. I then called Basil once again only to have the process repeated. Perhaps the new restaurant is to overwhelmed to meet the demands of the city to properly handle phone call and orders from its neighborhood. I surely hope this operational error is fixed soon. Or I'm afraid this restaurant may not survive."
