"I have ordered from here previously and didn't have as much of a bad experience as I did today. I found a piece of soft plastic in my order. I called and they said they would give a full refund and pick up the order and two hours later guess what the food is still here. Not happy at all. I also wish they would read the notes that are written when the orders are made."

"Having had numerous breakfasts with girlfriends here and dinners with my family, I decided, after a search of catering halls, to have my sister's Baby Shower in the Dakota's party room. Room was clean and bright and servers attentive. The food was delicious and abundant! Family style Calamari, fried zuchini sticks, mozzarella sticks, and individual salad to start. Choice of Chicken Francese, NY Strip Steak, or Broiled Salmon. It ended with a house-made, moist, delicious, huge strawberry shortcake. Owner came in numerous times to make sure I was happy."

"Their food is reminiscent of school cafeteria food yet not priced as such. I question their cleanliness when I see floors that look as if they have not had a deep cleaning in over 10 years and chairs cover in gunk that stick to your hand when you pull them out so you can sit."

"This is a great diner and anyone I`ve had breakfast, lunch, or dinner with here tends to say the same thing. Everybody who works here gives great service whether the place is empty or packed. Unfortunately, I think they are only open 24 hours on the weekends and close at 2am weeknights."

"We eat there frequently and have always enjoyed their food. Portions are plentiful, cooked to specification, substitutions no problem, excellent recommendations and delicious. Love the waitstaff, especially Eleni! If you like lobster bisque, go there on a Saturday night!"

"One of the few good remaining diners on staten island for dinner. Get a sandwich anywhere but when it comes time for sitting down for a meal they have wonderful value and great tasting dinner."

"No customers on a Saturday afternoon what's up with that can't be a good thing! Lousy french fries, dry coleslaw, tasteless hamburger, tasteless beets,tried to order multiple items on menu and was told they don't have it, won't be back again they should improve their food quality and presentation!"
