"While visiting Rosario's Cigar,my fiance'and Iwalked to Goodfella'sto try the pizza. It began to rain and we decided to eat there but were informed by the manager that we could not since we had not been charged the dine in charge. We asked if we could just pay the cost or purchase another menu item since it was pouring raining by this time and were informed that this was not an option and that the owner monitored the video tapes for the restaurant. This was very upsetting and we hope it was not because the color of our skin."

"Went to Goodfellas on victory blvd in Staten Island. Not sure of my experience I will let you decide. While out shopping for cigars up the street. Me and my fiancé stopped by for some pizza. While she went inside I waited outside smoking a cigar. She ordered to go. However she paid for the pizza and it started to rain. As a result we decided to dine in and the manager informed us we couldn’t because we weren’t charged for dining in. At which time we informed him we would either pay the charge or place another order to dine in. At this time it was pouring down raining. The manager then informed us that neither was an option and the owner watches on camera. However nevertheless the pizza was ok. Which is more than what I can say about the hospitality. However you decide but I won’t be recommending this place to no one. Last but not least I hope it wasn’t because of my complexion or nationality."
