"I have been eating from Empire Szechuan Garden for about 5 years - it has been my Chinese order from spot due to great consistency. Today for some reason we decided to try something else, Foo Sing and we were so overly impressed that decided to write a comparison review. Let's start with price, I would never judge a place based on price - but from the start our order is usually $40 from Empire - today it was $29 with $5tip to driver. We ordered nearly the same thing we usually do, on to that later. Ordered at 901pm and the knock at the door came at 925pm - couldn't believe it as I just got the money together. Empire usually takes 40 minutes no complaints there, but great to have the option of something quick when your really hungry. Also Foo Sing let us order the food right from the computer, we were able to remove and add items to create our perfect dinner, was very convenient. Ordering from Empire is also usually a breeze, but would be a great option to have. The Food. The MOO SHU Vegetables which I am used to increasing my blood pressure - was actually a dish that had vegetables visible not covered in sodium filled sauce that we were used to from Empire. The vegetables were crisp, cabbage is the main ingredient of the dish was cooked down but you could still tell it was fresh. It is good from Empire Szechuan I have been eating it for years, but this was much better and most importantly it wasn't filled with sauce. The pancakes were paper thin and also tasted much better. Foo Sing where were you for the past few years of us living here The Lo Mein Roast Pork, both were very similar, excellent portion and tasted very well. We ordered the steamed dumplings - filled with meat to the edges, we are used to thick dumplings with a lot less meat, this was an upgrade. With much better price, better service and much better quality"

"This place is under new ownership and the new owner has REALLY made outstanding changes. The food rivals sit-down restaurant food at a fraction of the price and the service is outstanding!!"
