"Waited over 1 hour PAST OUR RESERVATION time. This is completely unnacceptable. The dining room is way too loud, but it does portray a fun family/party atmosephere. The food was good, not great. Economical and more than enough food. Service was OK. I have eaten in some of the best places throughout the city and I have never waited over an hour past my reservation time, just based on this I would never go back."

"Went to visit a friend & wound up going out to eat at Patrizia's. This is definitely not your basic Pizza & Pasta joint. The food here was excellent. Fresh, homemade & prepared & served perfectly. The homemade tortellini was amazing. Everything was so fresh & cooked just right. Thank you Giacomo for a wonderful dining experience."

"Waited 1 1/2 hours to get in a noise filled school like cafeteria . Couldn't hear myself think, could not have a dinner conversation with my love, there were bells and whistles going off every few seconds when some other poor souls dinner was ready. Lost 4 lbs waiting for the time our dinner was served. Then what i thought was going to be a intimate dinner, when it was someones birthday the staff ran around singing and shouting and other patrons starting twirling napkins in the air....ARE THEY SERIOUS! This only happens in chain restaurants. Food was o.k but way over rated. Will not go again. Waiter was excellent."
