"I am leaving this review for all Pronto Pizza locations on Staten Island. We have been ordering from them for years, maybe nearly 10 years. No matter which location, whether we are at my brothers house in Tottenville or my place in West Brighton, driving to New Dorp plaza and stop by the New Dorp location and even their main location or original location on Bay Street. First off their pizza is simply what a pizza should be, it is just perfect all around. Their ordering process is so simple it amazes me. But most importantly is it is constantly on time, Rain, Sleet, Hail or Snow, if you order from Pronto, it will be here in 20 - 25 minutes. I don't know how, but it never fails, no matter where we are, what we order, 25 minutes the food arrives. It is excellent food. So I can't write, it's fast like dominos and the quality is poor, at this place, the quality is top notch, the taste is excellent and the service is unbeatable."
