"had ordered from here many times for home and at work but seemingly gets worse each time so NO STARS... I've recommended them many times to many people and even after getting pathetic ly cooked and flavored wings on numerous occasions they're a wing place though right I still order because I enjoy their quesadillas and they are sometimes pretty quick. I'm a repeat customer who never has any problems besides the girl on the phone can never understand the address, bland wings and waiting times.but it's convenient and decent so why not order. I ordered last night and missed the delivery due to some cell service issues. the guy on the phone REFUSED to give his name very professional right and said he wouldn't send the food back they were busy. that was fine but I still haven't received my refund. called for a new order and now they won't deliver at all. all of a sudden I'm too far. the man on the phone was rude, unprofessional ans couldn't give a legitimate answer. I will continue to let everyone I know not to order from here. there's so many alternative wing spots anyways now."

"Placed order 7:00 P.M. no sign of delivery, called @ 8:30 to check status, girl tells me she's waiting for delivery guy to come back so he can get my food. Now my food is sitting there cold ??? 9:06 p.m. still no sign of delivery .... Now I'm pissed off, I'm never ordering here again !!!!! If it wasn't that I already paid online I would've cancelled this shit at 8:30 after 1 1/2 hrs late! But now I'm waiting 2 hours and counting...... Terrible way to do business!!!"
