"Horrible customer service. Order was all wrong and I was put on hold by the restaurant for 20 minutes with 3 different people taking the phone and asking me what I expected them to do about the fact that they got the entire order wrong. One girl was downright nasty, the rest were just clueless. Someone claiming to be the owner finally got on and said he would call me back make it right. I’m still waiting for that call. I have a feeling I will be waiting for a long time …"

"I used them for years and they make great pizza and the delivery people are excellent. However I can no longer eat a hot hero. The chicken parm and veal parm taste terrible, I actually threw up. They tasted old, not fresh and just simply bad. The hot heros are large but suck compared to Pronto down the block but Pronto taste so much better by far, smaller but elegantly and freshly made. Pronto pizza is smaller and more costly, but I now just go to them as their pizza is good. I am not longer a Euro Pizza customer. Looking at each, things seem slow at Euro and popping at Pronto who have never failed us in anyway."
