"Great food. Horrible service. We come to this place for several years since they opened. We love their shawarma, bread and hachapuri. HOWEVER, each time, I have to mentally prepare myself, my skin cringes... People they unbelievably rude... They make you feel invisible. They behave as you are a nuance and you are disturbing them... I just don't understand why people go to the service field with an attitude "I hate customers..." I'm writing this review, hoping they "wake up" and change the way they treat customers..."
